JT Thompson (Camp Director) -- I grew up in Thomasville, GA. I graduated from Valdosta State University with a B.F.A. in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations in 2003. After graduating from VSU I went to seminary in New Orleans, LA, and graduated in 2006 with a Master of Divinity in Christian Education with an emphasis in Youth Ministry. During my seminary years, I met my wife, Katie, and we were married on Dec. 31, 2005. Since graduating from Seminary we have served in full-time youth ministry. Katie and I have four children: Hudson, 10, Lucy, 8, Adalynn, 5, & Lottie, 2. We have always had a passion for camp ministry and as of March 2015, we felt called to the Director position of Camp Crosspoint. I am so excited to see what God has in store for Camp Crosspoint and I am humbled to serve as the Director.

Alicia Westcott (Program & Staff Director)
I was born in Columbus, Georgia, however, I lived in Tallahassee, Florida for most of my life before moving to Pelham, Georgia to work at Camp Crosspoint. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University Online in 2017. I have felt God calling me to serve in children’s ministry for over a decade and have spent a lot of time and prayer figuring out what that looks like. I have been in numerous positions working with children, and within churches including Interim Children’s Coordinator. The last couple years, I really felt like God kept telling me that ministry also happens outside of the church walls, and therefore “children’s ministry” did not necessarily mean I was supposed to be working within a church. Through much prayer, I have been able to see God’s hand at work in many of the small details and felt led to serve at Camp Crosspoint as the Program and Staff Director. I am excited to see how God’s plan will unfold on this journey!

Sandy Fenstermaker (Volunteer Chef) -- I was born and raised in Tallahassee. I married my high school sweetheart, Scott Fenstermaker, in 1986. We are long-term members of Northwoods Baptist Church in Tallahassee. We have home schooled our 4 children (Paul, Erica, Mindy, and Jill) who have all been a part of Camp Charis (Camp Crosspoint's predecessor) as campers, workers, counselors, and/or interns through the years. I have been involved in this camp ministry, along with my kids, for about 10 years. For the past number of years, I have enjoyed working as the camp kitchen coordinator, and cooking for many of the camp functions.
